The beauty of this service is this is 100% tailored to you, and your preferences. We have had clients makes amazing progress with as little as 2 hours per WEEK…
Nope! But you need to access to equipment for resistance training. Suggested Equipment: Different sized Dumbbells, A resistance band kit and adjustable bench. But we work with what you have.
People come to us with a long list of past injuries, and they have no clue where they should start. Dr. Parker and his team are experts in physical rehabilitation and can build out a program that can correct these issues or at the very least modify around them
